• Develop and maintain a fundamental understanding of the intricate technical details and engineering challenges faced by each LOE/business line
• Proactively identify and bridge communication gaps, foster collaboration, and ensure seamless, accurate information flow between diverse across Space Systems, Hypersonics, Advanced Sensing, Propulsion, Hardware, and Software engineering teams
• Maintain a constant, accurate pulse on the technical health and integration status of the program across all LOEs/business lines
• Proactively identify and flag potential technical risks, integration challenges, and emerging issues for senior technical leadership review and action
• Organize and facilitate critical technical review meetings, integration sessions, and deep-dive discussions that bring together leads from different LOEs to ensure technical compatibility, shared understanding, and coherent progress
