• MCU Supplier Management & Requirement Definition: Act as the technical interface to communicate deeply with domestic MCU suppliers, defining and detailing product technical requirements, performance specifications, and functional safety requirements for the MCU.

MCU供应商管理与需求定义： 作为技术接口，与国产MCU供应商深度沟通，定义并细化产品对MCU的技术要求、性能指标及功能安全需求。

• Hardware Design: Work closely with cross-functional team members including project managers, software engineers, and test engineers to complete the hardware schematic design, PCB layout review, and component selection for the airbag controller based on the new domestic MCU.

硬件系统设计： 与项目经理、软件工程师、测试工程师等跨职能团队成员紧密合作，完成基于新国产MCU的安全气囊控制器硬件原理图设计、PCB布局审核及元器件选型。

• Perform HW Requirements Development and Management according to REQM Process

根据REQM流程要求执行硬件需求开发管理

• Create hardware architect specification and identify new function as module design input

创建硬件架构，识别新功能作为模块设计输入

• Define and document module design concept for new function and decide for best option

定义新功能的模块设计概念，评估并确定最佳方案

• Support to create HW design specification and verification plan                                     

支持创建硬件设计规范和验证方案

• Perform calculation & simulations for project specific parameters and functions and document this appropriately                                                                                                 

进行设计参数的计算和仿真，并且清晰记录

• Involved in function safety activities, e.g. FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, etc.                                    

参与功能安全评估及设计，如FMEA, FTA, FMEDA等

• Create ECU circuit diagram, Bill of Materials and its documentation in time                    

进行控制器原理图设计，及时创建BOM清单

• Support software parameter definition and perform review                                              

支持软件相关参数的定义和审议

• Prepare hardware design release and perform review                                                     

准备硬件设计释放文件并进行评审

• Define hardware validation plan (HITP&HRTP), perform or support validation                 

定义硬件验证计划（HITP&HRTP），支持验证试验的实施

• Evaluate or review test results and document it appropriately                                         

评估测试结果，完成测试报告

• Involve in mechanical development and PCB layout design process for hardware part support

支持机械设计和PCB layout设计

• Identify and implement HW related Changes relevant for the project

实施硬件相关设计变更

• Identify risks and report to the TPM

风险管理：提前识别风险、制定应对方案并且及时汇报

• Perform technical analysis triggered by defects
