The Principal Investigator solves complex technical problems and is responsible for providing technical direction to federal program management staff and program stakeholders in order to define project scope, identify resource requirements, identify strategic risks, and assess project feasibility relative to the mission of GTAC, the Geospatial Management Office, and the Forest Service.
