Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including monthly SLA reporting, Raw data files, BI Dashboards, Transformation benefits.
Data Analysis: Analyze SLA data / Transformation benefits to identify patterns, and insights that can help propose changes on SLA metrics as well as to control Transformation project benefit realization.
Reporting: Generate and present reports on SLA performance, Transformation benefits including metrics such as CSAT/resource utilization and Benefit realization.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and findings.
