Oversee mechanical and electrical works on-site, including HVAC systems, chilled water systems, power distribution, UPS, generators, and fire suppression systems.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, local codes, and international standards.
Conduct inspections and testing of M&E installations.
Verify compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for M&E systems.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues during construction and commissioning phases.
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely resolution of site-related challenges.
