Assistant Project Manager

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our transportation team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will provide essential support to our project management operations, working closely with transportation teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will be instrumental in coordinating logistics activities, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication across multiple departments. • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines for transportation projects
• Coordinate with transportation teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and identify potential delays or risks
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports
• Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and performance metrics to project leadership
• Support the identification, analysis, and mitigation of project risks
• Assist in logistics coordination activities, including scheduling, routing, and resource planning
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed
