The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about combining your technology and product expertise, along with your knowledge of commercial and federal government contracting, with big picture business thinking to empower innovation, drive critical missions, and deliver enduring growth and value? At Booz Allen, you’ll join a team of experienced professionals motivated to excel and realize value-driven change for our clients, colleagues, and communities. We bring bold thinking to complex challenges across analytics and artificial intelligence, cyber, digital solutions, and engineering, and with industries ranging from defense and national security to health, and energy to international and commercial growth.
As a member of our products legal team, you’ll help propel our forward-thinking and purpose-driven team as we advance our clients’ missions. Reporting to the director of the Products practice area, you’ll serve as an attorney to provide legal guidance throughout product ideation and development, go to market, and transactional, and support and product roadmap processes. You’ll assist teams on strategizing ways to develop, go to market, sell, create, or update license documents and assist in negotiation of Ts and Cs, participate in business team planning and regular status meetings, and work collaboratively within the broader enterprise operations team on addressing trends, challenges, and process improvements. Your support will be in the context of various customer bases, including commercial and international, and U.S. Federal Government agencies. You may also provide legal support to the transactional legal teams that support our broader services and solutions portfolio across defense, national security, and civil sectors.
You’ll establish trusted partnerships across the company and collaborate with fellow members of the legal, ethics, and compliance team to protect and advance the company while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. Guided by Booz Allen’s purpose and values, together we’ll anticipate and proactively prepare for the issues we’ll encounter tomorrow. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
