We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Facade Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative facade engineering solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to project timelines and budgets. You will work on high-profile, complex projects across the region, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create cutting-edge building envelope systems that combine functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Design and deliver facade and structural engineering solutions, including concept development, detailed design, documentation, analysis, specifications, and construction phase support
- Manage project planning and coordinate resources for assigned projects, ensuring efficient execution and quality outcomes
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, design specifications, and project deliverables that meet client requirements and local building codes
- Produce and coordinate facade engineering designs by liaising with internal design teams, architects, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships by conducting all work in a professional, transparent, and productive manner
- Analyze facade systems including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and specialist systems to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness
- Support the team in problem-solving and innovation to advance facade engineering practices and deliver visionary solutions
