• Lead SAP EWM implementation projects (Rollouts) for Bosch warehouses, with a focus on the Americas, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, project plans, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Manage risks, dependencies, changes, and mitigation plans throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising SAP/EWM consultants, business experts, IT teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate communication among local, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings, executive Steering Committees, and status reporting.
