WHO YOU ARE
- You're a builder, not a caretaker of something already built. You enjoy solving complex problems and figuring things out when the path isn't obvious.
- You're comfortable taking initiative and moving work forward without constant direction or hand-holding.
- You value progress over perfection and don’t wait for perfect information or detailed direction before taking action.
- You're curious about emerging technologies, especially AI, and enjoy learning how new capabilities can be applied to drive business results.
- You aren’t a tech developer, but you’re comfortable translating business needs and tech capabilities.
- Most importantly, you're an orchestrator. You’re more of a MarTech generalist rather than a single-platform technology specialist.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as OCM's lead advisor for marketing technology, customer data, CRM enablement, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital innovation.
- Execute and continuously evolve OCM's MarTech roadmap to advance personalization, automation, audience engagement, measurement, and organizational growth.
- Optimize and integrate OCM's current marketing technology ecosystem, identifying opportunities to improve capabilities, workflows, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, security, privacy, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and effective MarTech solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, that improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Manage relationships with MarTech vendors and agency partners, providing oversight, capability planning, performance management, and investment recommendations.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into practical technology solutions that create measurable value for the organization.
Additional Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in marketing technology, CRM, marketing operations, analytics, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing MarTech platforms and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated curiosity and aptitude for AI, automation, customer data, analytics, and marketing measurement.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and compliance considerations.

- Healthcare experience
- CRM/EMR integration experience
