We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic engineering team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of water supply, sewage, and drainage system projects whilst supporting senior engineers and project managers.
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of wet utilities infrastructure projects
- Liaise between senior engineers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project progression
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, feasibility studies, proposals, and design specifications
- Assist in the organisation and coordination of site visits, inspections, and field data collection activities related to water supply networks, sewage treatment facilities, and drainage infrastructure
- Support the preparation of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation using AutoCAD and related design software
- Maintain accurate and organised project records, databases, and filing systems in accordance with organisational procedures and UAE regulations
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability and project continuity
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure to support effective project financial management
- Ensure compliance with UAE water regulations, industry standards, and local engineering codes throughout project execution
- Support the development and implementation of project methodologies and process improvements
- Collaborate with team members on solutions to project challenges and contribute to continuous operational excellence
