Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan for electrical works.
Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, quality procedures, and testing protocols.
Monitor the quality of electrical installation works, including power distribution, substations, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, lighting, grounding, and ELV systems.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and surveillance activities to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
Review material submittals, shop drawings, FAT/SAT reports, and test documentation.
