Develop and implement project QA/QC plans, procedures, and quality objectives for mechanical and process works.
Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, quality procedures, and testing protocols.
Oversee quality inspections and audits for mechanical and process systems, ensuring compliance with design requirements and project specifications.
Monitor installation quality for HVAC, piping, process utilities, cleanroom systems, process equipment, fire protection, compressed air, chilled water, and related mechanical systems.
Review material submittals, shop drawings, welding procedures, test packs, and inspection records.
Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), quality observations, corrective actions, and root cause analyses.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, commissioning teams, and client representatives on quality matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices.
Track quality metrics and provide regular reporting to project stakeholders.
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, punch list management, and project handover activities.
