Manage and supervise all electrical construction activities from installation through testing, commissioning, and handover.
Oversee contractor performance, productivity, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
Coordinate electrical works with CSA, Mechanical, Process, and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Review construction methodologies, work packages, method statements, and installation plans.
Monitor installation of electrical systems including substations, switchgear, transformers, power distribution, generators, UPS, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and ELV systems.
Identify construction risks, technical issues, and schedule constraints, and implement mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.
Lead site coordination meetings, progress reviews, and contractor performance discussions.
Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure adherence to project quality and safety standards.
Review progress reports, construction status updates, variations, and contractor claims.
Support testing, energization, commissioning, punch list closure, and final project handover.
