- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments to ensure project milestones are met on schedule
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, government agencies, and community representatives
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and briefings to communicate project progress, address concerns, and align expectations
- Analyze stakeholder feedback and concerns, implementing solutions that balance project requirements with stakeholder interests
- Monitor site compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations, documenting all activities and incidents
- Prepare comprehensive reports on site activities, stakeholder interactions, and project status for senior management review
- Identify and mitigate risks related to stakeholder relations and site operations, developing contingency plans as needed
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication across all organizational levels
