- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines using industry-standard planning tools and methodologies
- Analyze project requirements and constraints to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and capacity planning
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress against established baselines and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and present comprehensive planning reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
