Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing client-side construction assurance plan
Monitor and verify that contractors implement approved construction methodologies, QMS and ITPs
Provide assurance that construction works are delivered safely to required quality and compliance with design, technical standards, contract requirements and regulatory obligations
Monitor construction progress against the accepted programme
Construction Management Plan oversight and acceptance
Act as client representative on site
Produce assurance reports to leadership and regulators
Capture lessons learned and drive improvements in construction quality, safety and delivery
Manage and support any safety incidents
