As a Smart Start BPS Method Engineer, you will support the Bosch Production System (BPS) team in continuous improvement, digitalization, and data-driven operational excellence activities.
- Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of the Improvement Suggestion System
- Create Power BI dashboards and digital solutions to visualize and track BPS activities and performance
- Take part in shopfloor continuous improvement activities, workshops, and BPS projects
- Support the development and maintenance of internal digital collaboration and knowledge-sharing platforms
- Contribute to AI and LLM-based solutions that improve knowledge accessibility and efficiency in daily work
- Support the development and improvement of BPS methods, standards, and ways of working
- Contribute to digitalization projects that improve process transparency and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with BPS experts, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
