About the Role
Workday System Assistant to support our HRIS team. You will help maintain employee data accuracy, troubleshoot basic user requests, assist with testing during system updates, and ensure our workforce can navigate the Workday platform smoothly. This is an ideal role for an organised professional looking to grow a career in HR technology and system administration.
Key Responsibilities
Data Maintenance: Audit and maintain accurate HRIS records, including processing new hires, promotions, organisational updates, and personal information changes
User Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a frontline point of contact for employee and HR questions regarding system access, navigation, and basic operations.
Maintain data integrity, security, and SOX compliance controls.
Assist with administrative testing during Workday's bi-annual release cycles and help document changes or new features.
Process Documentation: Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training materials for internal staff
Collaboration: Act as a liaison between employees, the HR team, and senior HRIS/IT specialists to escalate complex technical issues.
Reporting Support: Run standard reports and assist in verifying data integrity across HR and payroll functions.
