Site supervision & quality
- Act as the client’s primary on-site representative for CSA works, monitoring earthworks, ground improvement, piling, foundations, structural frames, roofing, architectural finishes and external works.
- Conduct daily site walks and routine inspections to verify workmanship and materials against approved drawings, specifications and the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
- Witness key tests – pile load / integrity tests, concrete cube and slump tests, rebar inspections, floor flatness and waterproofing tests – and verify results.
- Raise observations and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track them through to close-out; ensure strict adherence to QA/QC processes.
Technical review & coordination
- Review design and shop drawings, method statements and material submittals; provide technical input on structural integrity, architectural detailing, material selection and buildability.
- Review RFIs, change requests and design clarifications; identify and help mitigate design clashes, construction risks and site issues, including interfaces with MEPF.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and the project team to ensure timely and accurate execution of CSA works.
HSE, compliance & reporting
- Ensure works comply with Vietnamese construction regulations (TCVN / QCVN), client standards, safety and environmental requirements; promote safe work practices in high-risk environments.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, site memos and photographic records; maintain accurate records of site instructions, inspections and design changes.
- Support construction acceptance (nghiệm thu), audits, authority inspections and handover activities, including as-built documentation.
