ODP member will spend three years as a full-time salary employee in the program, completing three separate professional work assignments geared towards the following potential opportunities:

Develop a well-rounded skill set through each of the ODP’s assignments.

Be paired with a mentor to assist in the development of the ODP’s career.
Create a personalized development plan to serve as a step-by-step guide towards the experiences, knowledge, and resources necessary to achieve the ODP’s career goals.
Obtain training customized to support the ODP’s individual growth and development.
Report to a department manager in each assignment who will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities.
Receive leadership training in collaboration with other functional development programs once a year.
Conform to EH&S management system requirements and compliance obligations, promote continuous improvement, and consider EH&S aspects during the design and change process. Comply with all EHS procedures and policies including incident reporting, use of PPE, waste management and disposal, and any other program applicable according to the position duties.
