Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring consistent satisfaction
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties; develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success
- Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and design partners to ensure cohesive project execution and quality deliverables
- Oversee design coordination processes, ensuring design outputs meet project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations
- Develop and implement project management best practices and standard operating procedures to drive operational efficiency

- Analyse project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
