We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Stormwater Drainage in any of our Texas’s offices – Austin, Round Rock, San Antonio or Houston.
As a Sr. Project Manager, Stormwater Drainage, you'll lead high-impact transportation drainage projects for agencies across Texas, guiding delivery from concept through completion. This role combines technical leadership, client relationship management, and business development to help grow our practice and deliver innovative drainage solutions.
The Impact You’ll Make (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead High-Profile Projects: Oversee all aspects of transportation drainage work—from proposals and scopes of work to H&H analysis, detailed PS&E packages, and final reports—ensuring each phase meets client and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver Results: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain high-quality, on-time project delivery while cultivating strong client relationships.
- Provide Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients such as TxDOT, RMAs, and Texas counties, recommending innovative solutions to address complex drainage challenges.
- Coordinate Seamlessly: Collaborate with prime contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery aligned with client objectives.
- Drive Business Development: Support client engagement by preparing and presenting winning proposals, managing contract negotiations, and identifying opportunities for growth.
