You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex timelines and budgets, and ensure all deliverables meet our organization's quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Lead end-to-end delivery of LNG projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Oversee team performance, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative delivery environment
- Monitor project progress through key performance indicators and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to optimize project execution
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and timely completion
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
