- Lead and oversee the complete design process for highway infrastructure projects, from initial planning and concept development through final delivery and project closure
- Manage and inspire multidisciplinary design teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and professional growth while maintaining a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple offices for complex, multicentre projects, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Monitor design progress through regular review meetings, assess performance against timelines and specifications, and make decisive adjustments to keep projects on track
- Identify potential risks and challenges during the design phase and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards, ensuring all design work complies with industry regulations, organizational standards, and client specifications
- Manage design budgets effectively, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or innovation
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and traceability
