As the Senior Project Engineer, you will work on a wide variety of highway improvement projects, interstate and toll capacity projects, alternative contracting and as needed assist the regional leadership with development of PD&E projects for the highway sector.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Civil engineering design and analysis on projects for our public sector clients
- Collaborating with junior staff and assisting in the direction of other technical staff to produce quality designs and plans and interpreting plans from other engineering related disciplines (survey, utility, etc.)
- Assist with the development of Preliminary Engineering Reports and PD&E Concept Plans.
- Assist and participate in marketing pursuits including proposal writing, research and presentation development.
- Developing construction documents, estimates and assisting with construction administration services
- Serving as a Task Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager with responsibilities that include budget and schedule management as well as some client interaction
- Assisting Senior Project Manager with oversight and management of major highway capacity projects including design bid build, design build and P3 work.
- Coordination of engineering design staff and other disciplines to meet objectives.
- Assist with monitoring financial progress and scheduling of major infrastructure projects.
