AECOM is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and subject matter expertise with respect to all commercial and contractual matters on the program.
- Provides support to the Program Leads in the execution of the contract including change control, performance management, and payment.
- Provides effective and timely management of procurements, contractors, consultants, constructors, and supply chain contracts.
- Implements and maintains accurate and timely management reporting from a commercial perspective and integrates with other aspects of program reporting.
- Manages effective communication of contract outputs, compliance conditions, and change management to key stakeholders, delivery team, and shared services leads.
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of staff.
