RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, and emergencies on the national motorway network and/or Dublin Tunnel with appropriate operational protocols.
- Utilise advanced monitoring systems to identify, analyse, and manage traffic patterns and incidents in accordance with operational standards.
- Coordinate with emergency services, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective and timely response to all situations.
- Issue clear and precise instructions to drivers through designated communication channels, including variable message signs and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive incident logs and prepare detailed reports to fulfil administrative and compliance requirements.
- Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow through disciplined communication and coordination with team members, road users, and all relevant stakeholders.
