The Real Estate Portfolio Specialist is responsible for a growing portfolio with the Bosch North America Business Divisions (North America regions). This position will be responsible for the following scope of activities, but not limited to:
- Main contact for specific internal client portfolios in the North America region
- Lead end-to-end leasing activities, from defining user requirements and workspace layouts to negotiating "Heads of Terms" and managing broker networks and legal counsel for new leases, renewals, relocations, etc.
- Data analysis and management for selected portfolio
- Develop internal approval documents for all required approvals incl. internal Bosch approvals
- Manage the flow of key documentation and internal client communications
- Lease contract administration with critical date management
- Assist in measuring transactional performance
- Ensure that all documentation is properly executed
- Maintain transaction data in required tools
- Worldwide coordination with corporate Real Estate department in Germany to support Global RE strategies
- Assist in the development of strategic real estate plans
- Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Support the integration of real estate assets following acquisitions to ensure seamless transition into the Bosch portfolio.
- Perform other related duties as requested or required
- Some travel may required for large or complex transactions
