We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our City & Places team.
In this role, you'll lead the delivery of projects that help shape communities across Aotearoa New Zealand. Working across a diverse portfolio of community facilities, public spaces, parks, civic infrastructure and urban regeneration initiatives, you'll guide projects from concept through to delivery while balancing scope, budget and stakeholder expectations.
You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams, provide trusted advice to clients, and play a key role in delivering projects that enhance how people experience and interact with the built environment.
What You'll Do
Lead a portfolio of place-based projects from concept design through to delivery.
Manage project scope, programme, budgets, contracts, risk and commercial performance.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
Facilitate project meetings, governance processes and stakeholder engagement activities.
Provide clear direction, anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues.
Support the growth of client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
