As an RN on the Code Blue/Rapid Response Team at Martin South Hospital, you will provide urgent medical attention to patients in danger of dying, often due to cardiac or respiratory arrest. In this role, you will assess health conditions to determine the best mode of treatment to initiate, whether via CPR, intubation, defibrillation or medication administration. Your work is critical in ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes, allowing you to make a difference in your community every day. Additionally, you gain access to a wealth of educational and professional development resources, such as committee and council participation.
A PRN caregiver in this position works varying days from 7:00AM – 7:30PM.
