Due to growing UK demand for our Digital services, we are seeking to recruit a Principal Consultant to lead the delivery of advanced reporting and data analysis solutions within P3M environments, while playing a key role in shaping and enhancing our digital capability.
We are seeking Principal Consultants, with a maturing background in digital transformation, who can apply their expertise in P3M Principles, reporting and dashboard development—particularly using Microsoft-based tools such as Power BI and Excel. A good understanding of data structures and data modelling will also be valuable in helping to implement and integrate applications and data that support effective project management and controls. You will be expected to lead client engagements, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of best practices and innovation within our Infrastructure Digital team.
The Role
As a Principal P3M Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of data-driven solutions that enable effective project management and controls across infrastructure programmes. You will:
Lead the development and implementation of digital controls solutions aligned to P3M frameworks.
Engage with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
Design and build advanced dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other platforms.
Oversee the integration of data from multiple systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and performance.
Develop and maintain scalable data models and structures to support enterprise-level reporting.
Provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams on data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.
Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering capability growth within the team.
Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement across our digital services.
