Core Duties & Responsibilities
Plan PMC field-monitoring coverage based on active WTG fronts and contractor look-aheads.
Monitor sequencing of roads/crane pads, ground improvement, foundations, WTG erection, electrical works and USS interfaces.
Coordinate interface closure among civil, mechanical, electrical, quality, HSE, survey and commissioning resources.
Monitor access/logistics readiness, crane-movement interfaces, resource constraints and daily productivity trends.
Maintain construction constraint and WTG workfront release status.
Escalate deviations or recovery requirements to the Wind Site Team Leader.
