This position plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance and quality control of multiple construction contractors, overseeing work put in place to ensure industrial processes, materials and products by performing the following duties.

- Oversee and coordinate MEP design and construction activities for data centre projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to resolve technical issues and optimise MEP system performance
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and compliance with safety standards
- Analyse and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions to potential challenges
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for data centre construction
- Oversee the commissioning and testing of MEP systems, guaranteeing optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates and financial forecasts, to senior management and stakeholders
- Implement and maintain best practices for sustainable and energy-efficient data centre design and construction
