Project Management and Cross-Functional Coordination

• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications for enablement and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate resources across Product, Sales Operations, external vendors, and Sales Leadership.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies to support successful execution.
• Drive accountability and follow-through across cross-functional teams, including individuals who do not directly report to you.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, practical, and executable actions.
