Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and associated systems).
Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, quality procedures, material submittals, and shop drawings related to MEP disciplines.
Lead site quality inspections, audits, and surveillance activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor quality performance, driving corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), quality observations, root cause analyses, and close-out processes.
Review testing and commissioning records, material certifications, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and inspection documentation.
Coordinate closely with designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and client representatives on quality-related matters.
Ensure all MEP installations comply with project requirements, approved drawings, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Track quality KPIs, trends, and metrics, and prepare regular quality reports for project stakeholders.
Support commissioning, systems integration, punch list management, defect resolution, and final project handover documentation.
