The Senior Strategy Leader is a senior leadership role responsible for leading strategic planning and brand development for an assigned portfolio of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients.
This individual serves as a trusted advisor, business partner, and strategic leader, helping clients translate scientific innovation, market insights, and customer needs into impactful commercial strategies and communication programs.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the Senior Strategy Leader will collaborate across Account, Medical, Creative, Analytics, and Consulting teams to develop innovative solutions that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business success.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $99,000.00 - $275,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
