Responsible for maintenance for the building & grounding: door system, canteen equipment, grounding (floor, barrier, fence, road, carpet…), infrastructure & construction (handrail, ladder, wall, window, sign board…), roof & downspout (concrete/steel roof, gutter, water proofing layer…), drainage system (rain drainage pit, trench).
Document control & tool management (review trouble record, follow up and handle issue until to the end, tracking document to make sure available for audit, tool management, plan for inspection as legal requirement)
Contractor management (contractor management without violation, comply work permit, ensure quality; work with contractor for survey, quotation)
Others task as assigned.
