* 5-7 years in PR, ideally in fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle
* A proven record leading campaigns, launches, events and influencer partnerships
* A strong media and influencer network in Egypt (GCC experience is a strong plus)
* Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
* Sharp negotiation, presentation and crisis-management skills
* A clear grasp of paid vs organic usage, licensing, approvals and creator rights
* Comfort managing budgets, contracts, agencies and reporting
* A bachelor's in PR, communications, marketing, media or a related field
You'll work closely with Marketing, Social Media, Content, E-commerce, Retail and Customer Care, and make sure everything EMMA says publicly sounds like EMMA.
