Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to support large-scale industrial and maritime construction projects and programs. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and validating estimates throughout the project lifecycle, from early feasibility and conceptual planning through detailed design and preconstruction.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive estimating experience within industrial, maritime, port, shipyard, marine, manufacturing, heavy industrial, or complex infrastructure projects. They will have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, market conditions, labor and material pricing, quantity takeoffs, value engineering, and cost benchmarking. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, providing accurate, data-driven cost guidance that supports strategic project decisions and successful project outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of delivering accurate estimates across multiple project phases and geographic regions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
