Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our Data Center team and support large-scale mission critical construction projects and programs. This role will be responsible for developing and managing estimates throughout the project lifecycle, with a primary focus on Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Landscaping (CSAL) scopes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for complex construction projects, along with a strong understanding of market conditions, cost drivers, construction methodologies, and design development processes within the data center sector. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as this position requires close collaboration with clients, design teams, contractors, and internal project stakeholders across multiple geographic regions.
