Our patient-friendly facility offers both Cleveland Clinic primary care physicians and specialists. In addition, our Center for LGBT Care offers respectful and expert primary care and transgender primary care for LGBT patients.

Here, you will demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and use evolving technology to manage a wide range of patient requests including appointment scheduling, patient registration, wayfinding, answering general questions and meeting needs. The Patient Service Specialist role is a great steppingstone to other careers within customer service and other departments with Cleveland Clinic.
