Responsible for the implementation of the maintenance programs for their hotels
Responsible for the reactive and preventive maintenance of the Hotel site, to ensure it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all employees, guests and visitors
Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with Accor’s quality requirements
Perform effective diagnosis of breakdowns and organise a timely repair of equipment
Perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance to minimise unplanned downtime of equipment and rooms
Document breakdowns, identifying root causes and bring remedial actions to help prevent recurring issues
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety as well as environmental regulations and procedures
Undertake risk assessments of processes and tasks as needed and devise and implement safe systems of working to ensure the health and safety of staff, guests and visitors
Organise and supervise team member in their day to day tasks, providing instructions and support, if needed
Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
Work with GMs to elaborate maintenance budget and ensure compliance of their hotel
Liaise and communicate with GMs, Maintenance Managers and/or Cluster Managers
Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements
Take responsibility and action
