Scientific Program Coordinator

Scientific Program Coordinator

The Opportunity:

When a science and technology (S&T) research organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process specialist to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need a Scientific Program Coordinator like you who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.

The Scientific Program Coordinator serves as the central operational, technical writing, and communications backbone for a high-tempo scientific branch. By taking ownership of laboratory procurement strategy, equipment service management, deliverable reporting, and proposal coordination, this role directly enables and accelerates the research pipeline. The Scientific Program Coordinator will relieve Principal Investigators (PIs) and senior scientists of operational bottlenecks and ensure continuous lab readiness and streamlined technical reporting.

On our team, you’ll bring process improvement frameworks to provide your client with consistent quantitative and qualitative results. Excellent communication skills, a desire to gain experience in program management, a culture of innovation, and a resilient attitude will translate to success for you and your client’s central office.
