What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and the signature SLS personality, creating memorable dining experiences.
- Gain hands-on experience across restaurants, bars, in-room dining and other Food & Beverage outlets, depending on departmental requirements.
- Support daily service operations, including restaurant preparation, table settings, order taking and food and beverage service.
- Learn and embrace SLS brand standards while bringing your own personality and creativity to every guest interaction.
- Develop your knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages and service techniques to confidently assist guests.
- Assist the team in delivering seamless service, anticipating guest needs and creating extraordinary moments.
- Gain an understanding of restaurant operations, service sequences, hygiene standards and food safety practices.
- Collaborate with Culinary and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Actively participate in training, development and learning opportunities throughout your internship.
